Tales From the (Continuing) Housing Bust

From coast-to-coast the news in regards to housing is bleak. There is a tale from Ft. Meyers, Fl. here, and one from Orange County, CA, here. Personally, I'd be a little leery about buying now, who knows if the market won't keep going down for awhile.
