540 Billion and Counting

I believe Paul Wolfowitz said that $250 billion for the Iraq war was "wildy inaccurate." He was sure right about that.

From the article: Before the war, White House economic adviser Lawrence Lindsay estimated the cost at $100 to $200 billion. So the White House got rid of him and "re-estimated" the cost at $50 to $60 billion. It's now over $500 billion.

I heard they're spending at like 5,000 a second. And McCain said he'd stay there for a hundred years if necessary!
