Told Ya So!

There was a really pernicious argument going around at the height of the building bubble to the effect that the country was growing so fast we would need more and more housing. I thought it was an idiotic argument at the time because a very simple solution to the need for increased housing in a difficult economic environment is to move in with relatives. Now we have proof that people are doing exactly that. So much for a housing shortage.
