Dumb Money Indicates Bull Market (at least in the short term)

This makes for an interesting read. Whether or not the guy is right, I couldn't say. I just think it's funny that he calls his indicators the "Dumb Money" indicator and the "Smart Money" indicator. For the record, I say it's a bear market rally.
