The Race for the Cash (Stolen from our Children)
So Michigan lost in the first round of the great Washington school fund giveaway. A big factor was that the Michigan Education Association was apparently more interested in wielding power over the process and protecting teachers than it was in trying out new ideas—no surprise there. On the other hand printing/borrowing 4 more billion is just more slavery we lay on the backs of our children. Way to pass the burden on short-sighted and cowardly Congress.

What was it you said? Oh yes. "Being Irish, he had an abiding sense of tragedy that sustained him through temporary periods of joy." Seems cynicism runs in the family. Or maybe we're just realists.
Hahahaha....this is why I recognize it when I see it!
