Hugo Chavez would be pretty funny if he weren't a dictator in charge of Venezuala. He weighs in today on the likelihood that he will seize private property. Says there is no way he will do it. Of course the paper quotes him saying previously, "Oh, you have a yacht? Perfect, give to me, buddy," he said at the time. "You have a house where you live and another one by sea ... You have some marvelous art collections - come here, buddy."
Does this sound like someone who would not confiscate private property?
