But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40.31

Faith On Campus
Some exciting news from the New York Times - there is an increased interest in spiritual things on many college campuses. There are a lot of theories as to why, none of which seem exactly correct to me, but it is encouraging that at least one can talk about it now and there are students who are interested. One of the fascinating points from the article is that at UC Berkeley where there are many Asian-American students, the interest seems to be driven by many students who come from Christian homes. Universities are key to reaching the world because so many international students come, many of whom could not be reached in their home countries. There is a thriving international student ministry at Michigan State University, led by some staff members of IVCF!
