Shock Alert: Oil Missing in Iraq

Surely whoever scooped this piece is in line for a Pulitzer Prize. If you can believe this - I know it is hard to believe - someone is actually stealing oil in Iraq AND USING IT FOR THEIR OWN GAIN!!! Umm...isn't this pretty much how the country has run since the war?
