So you're a college student getting by on a limited budget and tired of ramen noodles three times a day. Why don't you try coon meat? The "people who eat them" say they are "good eatin'" though one does wonder about the standards of those who eat raccoon meat, but who am I to judge?
Apparently, raccoons are organic, so the tree-huggers should be elated.
"During grad school, my roommate and I ate 32 coons one winter. It was all free, and it was really good. If you think about being green and eating organically, raccoon meat is the ultimate organic food," with no steroids, no antibiotics, no growth hormones.

One passes through my back yard occasionally and it’s bigger than my 100# dog. Anyone hungry? Ben?
I am always looking for a free meal. Big coons sound good to me. Plus I'm usually pretty cold in my house because heat cost too much so I can make their fur into a nice warm blanket. Hmmm does the fact that they have rabies make the meat bad? Eh makes the immune system stronger.
I saw one squished on the road down in Tampa last week. Sounds like a nice break from the ramen!
I "Love" the fact that they are organic! Cracks me up.
