Collapse of the Condo Market

The New York Times has an interesting story today describing the collapse of the condo market in the hottest cities - Miami, Boston, Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas. Condos are the canaries in the mine of the housing bubble. They drew the most speculation and so are the first to show signs of stress. I do not believe that the housing bubble is over yet, not by a long shot.
